Realizing leadership culture spatially was the greater goal in the design process of new workspaces for this long-established financial institution in the centre of Stuttgart. Renowned architects blocher partners translated this ambition into interiors that merge classical elegance with modern functionality. Open lounges and flexible meeting areas encourage exchange, while private offices and retreat areas provide spaces for confidential conversations. Natural materials, a subtle color palette, and high-quality furnishings create an atmosphere that conveys trust and meets the high expectations of the institution’s clients.

A balanced mix of formal meeting rooms and informal communication zones defines the office spaces of the financial institution -  a variety that enables both structured meetings and spontaneous exchange, while also reflecting the institution’s commitment to reliability, stability, and accessible communication. This is also evident in the meeting rooms, which are equipped with the agile Conference-X Table. This table system can be reconfigured without prior knowledge and adapted to the spatial requirements. In combination with the Leadchair Executive and Liz Chairs, the result is a functional and pleasant ambiance.

The highlight is a representative meeting room of the financial institution. The custom-made Conference-X Table by Walter K. seats 24 people – arranged in an oval setting to encourage equal participation in conversation. Ergonomic comfort is provided by the Leadchair Executive. Soft leather, precise lines – this swivel chair exudes timeless elegance and, thanks to its synchro-mechanism, offers a high level of comfort. A sign of appreciation for the person seated – whether employee or client.
