Experience the craftsmanship and finishing of the finest materials, watch our leather, fabric, sewing and upholstery experts, and learn everything you need to know about planning and project work.

Our modules

We offer two modules – each with a different focus. For each module, you can either opt to take part in a one-day or a two-day course.

Modul 1:

Craftsmanship & Materials

Learn about Walter K., our products and their manufacture. The program also includes a visit to the tannery along with a material collage workshop at raumprobe, Forum and Library for Material Research in Stuttgart.
Modul 2:

Craftsmanship & Planning

Learn all about the philosophy of Walter K. and the craftsmanship of our products. One focus is on planning and project work, rounded off by a workshop with Object Carpet.


Sign up for the Campus of Competence right away and gain valuable training points. Number of participants is limited. One or two days – you decide when you register. Come and experience our transparent manufactory and enjoy a visit to the tannery as well as workshops with raumprobe and Object Carpet.
