Design: Helmut Scheufele.

The Igbo say: “The moon cannot dry what the sun cannot dry.” In Swahili, Chumwi means salt. The white gold of the earth. Like a luminous gray-blue desert, the endless expanse and beauty of arid salt lakes radiates from this design.

Low-pile carpet made from 46% wool, 39% silk and 15% nettle.
